Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Felt strong today. Didn't want to go too hard today considering the cold and that I was still really sore from Tuesday but I went 6:09, 5:53, then I jogged for 5 minutes, and did 6:06, 5:55. Was not hard at all. Stretched and iced after as well as a little IT Band strengthening. Gonna lift tomorrow.
