Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
the run was already sucking i was feeling flat and then 5 miles in with 2-3 to go i roll my ankle on a rock and fall under my ankle with my whole weight and i feel it twist all the way, worst sprain or whatever ive ever had and ive had a 1000. just hobbled out of the trails and found someone to hitch a ride 3miles down the rode to my car didnt want to be stupid and try running on this one like last time. well see what happens with it tommorow
