Comments:
Man, this was cold. That wind on the back stretch was brutal. However, i think I pulled out decent times. Usually I'm around 6 flat, or really more 5:50's for tempo. For such a brutal day, I think the 6:10-6:15 splits and shabby. Felt good by the end.
