I take only 75% responsibility for this run's lengthiness. Zeke came over and I probably would have done a slower, shorter, easier route, but for the company and the weather. When first we started I felt tired from yesterday but soon loosened up. Military-->Glebe-->Old Dominion-->Lee-->Lorcom-->Nelly Custis-->Military-->30th-->Pollard-->home. I'd call this a kind of anthology, or amalgamation if you will, of many routes. After the run: the first half of Boardman's core routine side plank dips for a minute each side, ditto for six inches, flutter kicks scissor kicks, a set of ten pushups after each. 60 back bridge leg lifts, supermen for 2 minutes, Peter Silverman mountain climbers to 25 (1:41) and a three minute supine plank. Tomorrow off.
