Tried to do a tempo run but my leg was really up to it...I went for around 2 miles before I decided to quit. I felt ok except for my leg, it was a bad day for it, I wasnt getting much response out of the calf. Breathing was ok...I think I could of kept going but I dont think it would of been good for my leg.
