Comments:

Had myself a nice little run outside today - did a progression run on the streets around the neighborhood. Felt great throughout and just gave what I had for the last mile. Goal was to trim 10 seconds off of each mile, was feeling good so I ended up increasing the progression a little more quickly at the end.
