Comments:
I did my workout on Glen Eagle today. It went really well and I stayed positive the whole time!
10x 1 min efforts uphill, jog back down
The hill was about :50 long so I worked on striding out for :10 when I got to the top. My last 4 or 5 hills were faster than the first half, and I really focused on form and driving up the hill. It felt pretty hard but so great.
