First Outdoor Track Workout!

Today was ridiculously hard for me. Not sure if it was the wind or the outside air..I'm also getting sick, but I struggled to hit the slower end of the pace range.

We took a lot more rest for most of the intervals. I tried to work on my kick today. I tensed up a lot when I was trying to dig deep to go faster, so maybe need to work on relaxing more. I was a little disappointed with my times, but I was still within the range coach gave us.
Went up in weights today, and I did 6 pull ups! I didn't extend my arms all the way so idk if that counts. Abs and stretching
Also new shoes! My knee doesn't hurt anymore!
