Comments:
Still really congested going to have to get rid of this cold somehow. Still got the workout done. It was tough after the 8th 200 so i started taking a little longer rest/slower jog.
I went 32,32,31,30,33,32,33,35, started taking longer rest between/slower jog went 31,32,33,32,34,32. Stopped at 12 because i was having a very hard time breathing after. Went to my high school track to get it done, its a 200 meter track outdoors.
