Comments:
I warmed up to the track to only find out that it was locked. I think they forgot to open it up today. I decided to walk back to the school, on the other side of town, because I remember what 200m was around the little field. I got the workout done but it just felt meh. I woke up kinda tired and tight today too. On average I was hitting 40, a couple of 39, and 41s. My ankles were starting to bother me but not like before. I think its from sprinting on the street. I made a make shift ice bath, and I am going to do insanity after I eat a bit.
