300lb squat

worked all night in the ER after having lifted yesterady evening before work. but i figured this mronin gwould be the best time to lift to free up my day to study for my tests and not have to worry about food timing. on my way to veale I saw something that just pissed me the fuck off so it was do or die, I was gonna PR on the squat 300lbs for 3 reps or get buried.
got EV to chalk up my shirt to hold the bar in place. unracked 300lbs felt heavy as fuck. braced my core 100% w/ as much intra-abdominal pressure as i could create thought i was gonna keel over and felt like some blood vessels were gonna pop. did all 3 reps, full ROM, nice and controlled. reracked the weight and started seeing stars and the room was spinning a bit. I did it, fuck yeah.
then 3 sets of 5 back off at 245.

spoto press. still did 6x4 at 160. this time after the squat my left elbow fucking hurt. i wrapped it w/ a wrist wrap and it seem to provide pretty decent support. the wierd thing is that after i wrapped my wrists for the later 3 sets, my elbow hurt less. completed all 6 sets and didnt pussy out, cuz Mark Bell said "fuck you, and fuck your elbow"

decided not to do more pressing after this to give my joint a break. 5x8 lateral raises at 45lbs. then 47.5 3x10 facepulls.
