I've been feeling so tired the last couple of days. I ran an old route I used to hate in high school, I remember why I hate it now. After a mile and a half in, my left ankle was giving me pain. Shortly after I started having burning ankles in both. I made it through the run, on the way back it didn't burn as much but I definitely could feel it. I decided to not do drills today. I immediately made a makeshift ice bath. I will be doing abs and insanity later since I didn't yesterday.
