Ran indoors on the mill. Very happy with the workout - I know it was on the treadmill, but I felt great and never felt like I was even approaching my limit. Did mile repeats with a 1/2-mile rest jog after every one (about 8:30 pace). My goal was to run each mile interval faster than the one before it. 6:33, 6:19, 6:12: 6:06
