Comments:
I got up early to finish this workout before I had to go to Ramapo for work. I could feel my left calve during the reps but it wasn't pain. I stretched a lot, before and in between reps. I really felt the stretch and pain when I bent into the stretch. I'm lifting on campus later and possibly seeing a trainer if they are there. No ankle or burning pain.
As for the workout I figured my tempo pace was in between 6:50-7:00. I am happy with my effort today.
