WU: 3x10 Pushups, Bench @ 135#
2x15 Dips
Circuit: Nine :90 rounds: 10x Ring Dips, 15x Pushups with hands and feet on bosu balls. Remainder of :90 is jumping rope. Made it through 9 before it took me the whole :90 to do the dips and pushups so I did 4.5 minutes of jump rope (I had set my interval timer for 12 rounds)
24-20-16-12-8-4 Ring Pushups, Alternating Floor Press @ 2x40# (1/1)
Played around with some archer pushups and ring flies.
3 sets: plank kte (feet in rings, hands in pushup position). 10x both legs, 10x alternating legs (L/R)
Burnout on Pec Deck (weight is for each arm): 75, 60, 50, 35, 25
Felt really weak today, which is why I didn't do anything super heavy. Win some, lose some.
