Weather: Sunny, 60, perhaps a tad colder at the end
Comments:
Meredith Alexander loop with distance men. I felt okay, definitely sore from yesterday and exhausted by life. Trying not to let one day of practice ruin my week/season. Crunch/pushup progression afterwards with 1 minute segments and 3 sets of 10 pushups. Loyola on Saturday. Not excited yet, but will be.
