Weather: Mid Day 80 degrees, very muggy

Comments:
Ran to the track, about 1.35 miles, then ran a half mile, stopped, ran a quater mile, stopped, then ran home. Felt shitty the whole time. My right ankle was bugging me a lot, kind of like shin splints. My calves were still sore from the cramps last night too.
