Comments:
Ran this with Michael. Ended up being sorta high mileage, but it felt fine. We ran the hard portions faster than 5k pace, and the in between portions pretty slow (probably slower than 8min/mile)

Workout was:
800/1500: 800/3, 1500/4.
W/up, 3-4 x 20-30-45sec with a full 2:00 running recovery btwn each interval.
