This workout felt MUCH better than Tuesday's. I hit all my paces perfectly and felt very strong. I can't figure out if it's because my new trainers are particularly heavy or just because I'm back in the groove of training, either way I was happy with this workout.

Workout was:
1 x 800 Tempo, 3’R then
3 x 200 @ race 800 race pace (no faster)! 1’ btwn reps,
3’ btwn sets
3 x 150 @ 400 race pace. 2’ btwn reps

I accidentally did 4 200s instead of 3 though. Afterward I did some core.
