Lifted with a meal today he came up from Kent.
Today was OHP based. last week i hit 5x5 w/ 125. today was supposed to be 130 but i think I was like fuck it i am going to 135. 10lbs is actually a huge increase for OHP since its incredibly hard to improve on it. i was kinda afraid it wasnt gonna be very pretty so i had a ridiculous adrenaline rush going the first set. Hit 4 reps, felt very good. the bar just seemed to drift right up. i was pretty happy, ended up hitting 4x4.

195 pause squat for 6x4, then trained hammies w/ 3x12 185 RDL, like 3x10 lying hamcurls 25lbs then 80lb ham curls.
