Comments:
Woke up and did 20:00 of Half Viking Salutes @ 24kg
Half Viking Salute: Snatch, overhead reverse lunge, press while in kneeling position, stand back up with weight still overhead = 1. Did 4-5 each side before switching. Not sure how many I ended up doing but I was hitting 4-5 about every minute so.... maybe 100?
