Mike Rashid's "Marathon"

Mike Rashid (bodybuilder/model/etc) has a workout he calls the "Marathon". It is 1-20 of a certain exercise. I did it with Snatches @ 24kg, each arm. so 1/1, 2/2, 3/3.... 20/20. 210 reps each arm total. I still can't make a fist. Had to start breaking up to 2+ sets at the 15 rep mark. The 19 and 20 sets were just awful.

After my heart rate settled a tad, I did a DOC: 4-Count flutter kicks, air squats, pushups, crunches.

Great way to end a great weekend with the family. EOD starts tomorrow with some briefings and a weigh-in, classes start Tuesday. So Stoked!!
