First Outdoor Track Workout

Comments:
We had some wind today, and also a cut down workout on the outdoor track. We warmed up with 4 x 200 in 30 and 31 for all of them, and then had 600-400-400-300-300, two sets. I lead the first and we three way rotated each repeat. I think times were:

I think today went pretty well, overall. I felt sore but for some reason this kind of sore wasn't that bad and I could handle the workout just fine.
