I decided to go to 205lbs for bench today. big plate plus a fake 45. I was expecting that the first set if I did 5 reps it would be like RPE 9.5+ so that I would maybe lower the weight 7-10% to continue w/ sets of 5. but After 3 reps I think I was right, but just decided to continue with it for sets of 3. Did the minimum w/ 3x3. Focus and energy wasnt 100% today cuz of messed up sleep schedule and also the entire football team was in the weight room so that through off my concentration a alot actually. But I grinded out the bare minimum.

Squat. tried to do it in the OLY lifting room. justreally awkward. the rack heights weren't suitable, the space available to squat felt tight and everything was just weird, don't like it. but anyhow i did 3x8 w/ 240lbs, all 3 sets w/ a belt. Cuz I rly rly wanna break into the belt. 3rd set felt the best in terms of belt comfort.

4x8 65lb db incline, missed the last rep, the like 1x9 55lb.
