Weather: 45, cloudy, slight winds throughout
Comments:
I finally exorcised my soul of that horrible history paper I still had to turn in and then set out on a run. Fairly classic route, significant number of hills. Military to Lorcom to Lee to George Mason to Yorktown to 26th to Glebe through country club hills to military up 36th and back home. Pace felt fair and increased as I continued. 1 minute of each: flutter kicks, scissor kicks, six inches. 3 sets of 10 push-ups, 30 back-bridge leg lifts and a set of 20 push-ups right before entering this (11:35pm).
