Comments:
Did 8x400 with 1 min. rest at mile pace. I went out way too hard the first one, so I fell back on a few of them. I regretted going out too hard, but I was able to pull myself together for the majority of them.
The 1st 400 was 74, the next one was 78, the next couple after were 80, I had one 85 and the next couple were back at 80 and the last one was 75.
My foot was hurting a little from doing exercises in the training room, but it seemed to feel better than it had for a while before.
Did Circuit training at Plyos afterwards with the team. I like them, I hope them make us stronger.
