The first mile was difficult but it got easier as we went along. The third lap was definitely the toughest. I decided to do the optional fifth one with Angel and I'm glad I did. We switched it around and ran 400 "slow," 400 fast, 400 "slow," and 400 fast. It works a lot better that way.
