Speed Workout at Veale

4 x 50 meter strides
1 x 600 just slower than to date race pace (5’ jog btwn)
3 x 300 @ race pace (3’ jog btwn.)
2 x 200 at just faster than race pace (1’ btwn)

I had trouble pushing the 600 to stay on pace, but overall the workout went okay. I had to cut the cooldown short because my knee was feeling uncomfortable all of a sudden, it seems to have been a false alarm though. That's good, because it sounds like I'll be running my first College outdoor meet this week, and temps are supposed to hit 65!
