Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Little Lindsay and I were sore today so we did 5 minutes in drills before our run. We ran to the res, it's really muddy so we trudged through one loop and then tried to go to the track and that was close for a game. We just added on with a village loop to finish. We finished up with abs and I got ice.
