Comments:
started out too fast. first 800 in 2:29, then got progressively slower for the rest. 5:06 for the mile, 5:18 for the second mile for a 10:24. even slower for the next two, which were into the wind. kinda rough. i think 5:20, 5:26 for 10:46 total.
back indoors for 3x400m striders, cooldown and med ball lift.
