300 Meter repeats

Comments:
We went to the bayou to do 300 meter repeats. We didn't get much of a warm up so I didn't really warm up and open up my stride that well. The workout was 300 hard, 200 jog, 300 hard, 3 minutes rest. We did 4 reps of those. The inside of my left hip was hurting. I didn't feel that good during this run. After I felt very very stiff and tight.
