Crazy Day

Comments:
Did a hard workout today at 3*5min at 3k pace and 3*4min at 3k pace. It felt pretty good. It was very hard, but I did not feel the sharp pain in my back today. It felt more like it did in cross when my back was tight/sore but no pain. Definitely uplifter to the spirit.
The workout was actually a little more than 6 miles.
