Weather: Mid-30s, sunny

Comments:
Ran mile repeats with Woody today out on the Reindeer Run course. Really felt strong today - could have probably taken the last two miles even stronger. Did a lot of easy running - warm-up and cool-down, and about 2-3 minutes jog/walk rest in between repeats. Overall feeling good and feeling confident for Sunday.
