Went okay. I consolidated all of the intervals into one entry just because this site has been freaking out whenever I put in a lot of separate intervals. The times went

Apart from the last one, those were in line with the goal paces, so I was happy. I also felt pretty smooth, which is good because apparently there's a chance I'll be on the 4x8 at UAAs, which would be awesome. It's all contingent on how I run these next few meets, and I'm definitely gonna race like I'm going for sub-2 this weekend.
