Comments:
Nasty repeat workout for the 8 crew today. 6,4,4,4,4,6 with one minute between except we took two before the second 6. Pace was 70-75 per 400 (1:45-1:52 per 6). Austin wasn't with us so it was Me, Abdallah, Pat, and Alley.

Felt okay for a while but halfway through my body decided to start regretting Monday's deadlifts.

Splits: 1:53, 74, 74, 77, 76, 1:53

Half a mile slow cooldown. Then some horsing around by the high jump pit. I could use an ice bath but didn't get one today. Wish I was racing this weekend, but there's only one person who can make that happen and it's me.
