heavy squats planned for today. judging by how tough 300lbs felt last week, I figured it would be best to increase volume on it and go for 3x2. doubles for 6 total reps.  however 275 felt so easy. and 300 didn't feel like it was gonna crush me as I unracked it. thats some awesome nervous system adaptations i made from last week to this week. ended up hitting 3x3. cuz it just felt so much easier than last week.
