Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
warmed up to pull 365lbs for 2 reps. went up real well. happy with it.
Speed pulls 295 for 8x3. went well too. by set 5 i cuold feel the fatigue.
235lbs Rubish Rows for like 4x6, did some drops on the last set by 50lb increments approximately

did the circuit format of back/hammies exercises w/ 185 RDL, 115 up to 135 good mornings, and pullups for 8 reps each, 3x circuit

by the end of this workout my CNS felt completely shot, my hands felt really tender and painful and the skin on my palms were ripping. next week's top set is a double at 385. looking forward to it
