Comments:
It was raining hard and was muddy. After we did the warm up, the rain was slowing down a little so we did some speed work. The whole track was muddy. Mud was being kicked around everywhere and I got mud all down by back and back of my legs. There was 3 minutes of rest in between. I felt good during the intervals. I was tired on the last one, but not overly exhausted. Even though the pace wasn't fast because of the mud, the effort was pretty good.
