Coach wasn't here so we took a guess and originally set out for 45 min but we were all not feeling the greatest so we decided on 6miles...didnt go out very fast but i brought us back pretty quick..mile splits were all screwed up with the new watch but im getting the hang of it and plus i wasn't sure where to take the splits.
