Comments:
so it fucking snowed again and the track's covered with snow. mercer and i did the track workout indoors around noon. went through a regular warmup, then all the hurdle warmup stuff too. my hips were feeling pretty sore from monday's lift and yesterday's hurdle workout. the workout was 4x1200 with 4min recovery and 1 hurdle/lap on the 2nd and 4th intervals.

first one was real slow-- still warming up to the pace i think. the other ones were ok. didn't feel as hard, but was a little difficult. the hurdles were good for the most part. didn't stutter in too much.
