Comments:
Work was good, first set of 200's very simple and easy. 2 miles tempo at 5:55 (most be worked on.) second set of 200's hard at first progressively got easier towards last 5. 7 miles total for the day. Left calf cramped during cool down, went to GNC after practice and got Calm and orange juice like you recommended.
