Comments:
I did the math and I only needed to do four today. I was feeling pretty sore too, so I was excited to take an easy day. I really was feeling my left ankle on this run. It was almost unbearable. I made it through the run. We did strides and drills on the track as team. The lindsay's and I went over some hurdles on the grass, I was surprised that even after all this time that I could go over with decent form. So my only challenge with steeple will be the laps I think. I ice bathed after for 10 minutes. I really want to figure out why it keeps coming back and going away.
