Comments:
this was hard. Even at 6 minute mile pace with rest, keeping a consistent 90 second 400 pace was very hard. Our second 1200 repeat was the worst with an extra 15 seconds added on. After that we picked back up and finished our last 8 only 5 seconds slow. The first 8 and 12 were 2-4 seconds fast. Going over the hurdles really took the extra strength out of my step. This weekend is going to be interesting.
