OHP start. 135 and hit 3x5. it was pretty tough. ill do it again next week but got it though. then a backoff set for 6 at 115.
6x4 pause squats at 205. 195lbs RDLs for 3x8? lying hamstring curls for days.
got the compression cuffs from Mark Bell, woulda been useful for todays workout since the elbow acted up from OHP but more so on squats. it even hurt last night when i was sleeping and woke me up i think.
