Exercise Type: Run

Weather: sunny, hot and humid

Comments:
Today was good, just really humid and gross out. I didn't have a ride since both of my parents took the cars, so I ran...yes RAN to my outdoor track season athletic banquet. It was only 15 minutes away so wasn't that bad. Hung out there, played some soccer and bball. It was an important day because this years graduating senior class is the best ever to have gone through Danbury High's history. We also recieved #1 team in CT from Connecticut High Schools Coaches Association. We have alot of guys going on to running in college, all-americans, all new england, all state, all fciac. There guys going to UTEXAS at Austin, George Mason, Syracuse and other schools all to compete at a great levels. It's exciting to be part of the greatest team ever gone through DHS, so we said our goodbyes and that was the end of the banquet. Nevertheless, were gonna see each other over the summer and summer train. So that wasnt exactly about my run but that was the uniqueness of today haha. This was our team motto through Indoor and Outdoor Track last year through this year.
