Comments:
Today was supposed to be 600-400-400-400-400-600 with 1 min rest in between each. Our pace was :40 per 200. The first 600 was on pace but after that I had to take more rest and each 400 was between 85 and 90. My legs felt really dead and I was having trouble breathing. And every time I stopped running I couldn't stop coughing. For the final 600 I just ran a 400. This was pretty discouraging, so I don't think I'll race Saturday. Hopefully I can just take the weekend off and get better.
