Comments:
I ran 2 miles before practice and felt pretty good, but as I ran 7 during practice with Chelsea I started to feel really dizzy. Maybe I didn't eat enough? I ran to the indoor drank some gatorade, did weights and ran back to Luurts to get 10. Felt fine after dinner.
