Well, I'm only allowed to swim now because biking is putting too much stress on my lower back. I saw the chiropractor today and He didn't do much other than just find a lot of knots along my spine. He told me I'm going to have to get another xray done on my back to make sure I didn't fracture anything. The pain is getting worse instead of better; it's now almost too painful to walk around. That's a little disheartening, but at least now I can begin my training to become a swimmer... Watch out Michael Phelps...
