In an attempt to knock out a head cold and finish off an AMAZING weekend on a good note, I decided to do the Marathon with Goblet Squats @ 32kg. Didn't have to break up reps until set 18. Didn't time it but got through it at a good pace.
25x 2 count twist crunches, 1:00 of :10 interval bird dog holds, :30 rotating planks (front, side, front, side, front)
10-6 Split Squats (L/R) @ 16kg
5-1 Split Squats (L/R) @ 24kg
2x :30 Jane Fondas. Forgot how painful these things are!
25x 2 count twist crunch, 25x reverse crunch + leg extend
Feeling better already! Now just need a Hot Toddy.
