Comments:
I didn't feel good on this workout. I planned to a half mile by half mile fartlek at threshold pace. I ran the first one too hard and built up lactic acid quickly. I felt horrible the rest of the run. It wasn't a good run at all. I don't care much of the mileage because I am starting to taper.
